The Black Valley, Killarney, County Kerry

The "Black Valley" is as rugged and beautiful a place as you'll find in Ireland. It is located to the southern side of the MacGillycuddy's Reeks. It connects the Gap of Dunloe with Moll's Gap. The Black Valley is famous for being the last place in mainland Ireland to be connected to electricity.
