The Burren and Aran Islands Workshop

The Black Head

Experience the beauty of the west coast of Ireland with landscape photographer Kevin Langan. On this workshop we will be exploring the unique limestone landscape of the Burren on the northwest of Clare and the spectacular Aran Islands situated in Galway Bay.

The spectacular Cliffs of Moher will also be on our photographic agenda. These colossal cliffs are 214m high and range for over 8 kilometers on the western seaboard of County Clare. They are one of the most popular destinations in Ireland drawing almost one million visitors in 2006.

The aim of this workshop is to bring you to the best locations on the Burren and Inisheer, so you can produce striking images and receive individual attention from an experienced photographer to enhance your photography.

Along with visiting stunning locations, you will also be given instruction on the best use of your photographic equipment, and how to enhance your images in photo editing software like Photoshop and Lightroom.

You we will be based at the Doolin Activity Lodge, located at the heart of of the village. Doolin is a beautiful village located on the northwest coast of County Clare, only 8 kilometers from the Cliffs of Moher, and is a gateway to the Burren and the Aran Islands.
